Het is ook ontwikkeld om pati\u00ebnten te helpen bij het blijven volgen van de voorgeschreven behandeling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alle pati\u00ebnten die een EXOGEN hebben aangeschaft die is ontworpen voor de behandeling van een breuk, die is voorgeschreven door een bevoegd arts voor de behandeling van een stabiele, niet-verplaatste, vastgestelde non-union-,* &#8216;delayed union&#8217;- of acute breuk met een tussenruimte van minder dan 10 millimeter (uitgezonderd breuken van de vertebrae en schedel) komen in aanmerking. Alle pati\u00ebnten worden automatisch ingeschreven in het programma.<\/p>\n<p>Pati\u00ebnten moeten hun breuk minimaal 120 dagen met EXOGEN behandelen, in overeenstemming met de productaanwijzingen, en een minimale naleving van 90% bereiken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evaluatie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om in aanmerking te komen, moet uw voorschrijvende arts vaststellen dat uw bot niet is genezen en er geen bothechting is opgetreden. De voorschrijvende arts moet twee r\u00f6ntgenfoto&#8217;s van uw aangetaste bot maken, \u00e9\u00e9n v\u00f3\u00f3r het gebruik van EXOGEN, en \u00e9\u00e9n na de EXOGEN-behandeling van 120 dagen of langer, die een gebrek aan bothechting aantoont.<\/p>\n<p>Het EXOGEN-hulpmiddel bevat ook een monitor die het gebruik van het hulpmiddel door de pati\u00ebnt bijhoudt en de datum, tijd en duur van elke behandelingssessie registreert. Als alternatieve interventie noodzakelijk is, begint een nieuwe behandelperiode van 120 dagen<\/li>\n<li>De pati\u00ebnt moet het EXOGEN-hulpmiddel aanschaffen bij en ontvangen van Bioventus<\/li>\n<li>Het EXOGEN-prestatieprogramma is uitsluitend van toepassing op pati\u00ebnten aan wie het hulpmiddel was voorgeschreven<\/li>\n<li>Alle andere kosten in verband met de aanschaf; alleen het aanschafbedrag van de pati\u00ebnt aan Bioventus wordt terugbetaald<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>U kunt contact opnemen met de klantenservice van Bioventus voor ondersteuning.
